• Account information: when you register, we collect your email address, a username, and a password (stored in encrypted form). If you choose to sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive basic account identifiers from those providers to authenticate you.
• Phone number: where you provide it, for account verification and security.
• Gameplay data: in-game activity, statistics, preferences, and progress associated with your account.
• Crash and diagnostic data: we use third-party crash-reporting tools to collect technical information (such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs) to diagnose and fix problems. This data helps us improve stability and is not used to identify you personally.
• Device and usage information: basic technical data automatically generated when you use the App, such as device type and app version.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in;
• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
• Save your gameplay progress, statistics, and preferences;
• Diagnose technical issues, monitor stability, and improve the App;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;

The App does not currently process payments or offer in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features in the future, any payments will be handled securely by the relevant app store or a third-party payment processor, and we will update this policy accordingly. Matrix Poker is a play-money game and does not offer real-money gambling.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to request data portability. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with applicable data protection law.
